Karen Rodgers

Certified Family Life Coach

About Me

My name is Karen Rodgers, my husband Tim and I have been married for

13-years and have been blessed with two daughters and one son,

who are between the ages of 12 and 20.

I have walked through the pain of divorce, traumatic life experiences myself, as well as with my children and have had to walk out forgiveness and fight through the anger, disappointment, and rejection of others. My heart has always been to help everyone, encourage them, helping propel them in a new direction so they can live their best life.

My life experiences have increased that desire to help others through their seasons of discouragement, defeat, anxiety, and just the normal day-to-day struggles we all deal with.

I have worked with children for over 20-years and in my experience, they just want to be heard. They thrive on structure and look to their parents and people in authority over them for direction and advice. I have over 20-years of experience coaching children in conflict resolution, manners, being respectful, kind, and hardworking adults.

I am a certified family Life Coach with two semesters of psychology classes at the University of Phoenix, and six semesters at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in the field of Children and Family, including classes in pastoral counseling, marriage, family, children, and adolescents. I have an Associates' degree in Bible with a 3.9 GPA. I just released my first published book "When your Storm Becomes a Hurricane" available on Amazon.
