Last week went well, although if you’re a woman you understand monthly cravings and I WANTED chocolate cake SO bad and I gave in to my craving and had some. However, I didn’t allow that to ruin my whole week I continued eating clean afterwards.

Thursday we had a pizza night to celebrate our sons first week back to school completed (they only have 4-day weeks here) and I chose thin and crispy spinach instead of thick crust and lots of greasy toppings.

My husband and I were blessed with a night away from home yesterday and I feel so refreshed and just a renewing in my spirit. I am really excited to see where God is going to take my family in this season of life. Even though we ate whatever we wanted yesterday, tonight I’m cooking a clean healthy meal.

We’re trying the Quinoa spaghetti noodles and some cheese sticks from Trader Joe’s. I used ground turkey and Trader Joe’s organic tomato basil marinara for my sauce. I also shred some fresh Parmesan

over the top…yummy!
